Welcome to LunarLots.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — the honest bits are the important ones.

1. What you're actually buying

A LunarLots parcel is a novelty keepsake for gifting and entertainment purposes only. It is not a deed, title, or legal claim of any kind. Under the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, no nation or person can own celestial territory, and we make no representation otherwise. LunarLots.com is not affiliated with any government or space agency. What you're buying is a beautifully made symbolic registration, its certificate suite, and — depending on format — a hand-crafted map or etched aluminum panel.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; we never see your card details. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility. We may cancel and refund any order we can't reasonably fulfill.

3. Delivery

• Digital Download — delivered by email, typically within minutes of payment.
• Archival Print — ships within 3–5 business days.
• Aluminum Wall Map & custom etch work — etched, anodized, and hand-finished to order; ships within 10 business days, then standard transit time.

Seasonal cutoff dates for holiday delivery are posted at checkout when applicable. We'll email you when a physical order ships.

4. Returns, replacements, and refunds

• Damaged or defective items — email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the item free of charge.
• Personalized and custom items (registered acres, certificates, custom name plates) are made to order for you and can't be restocked, so they're non-refundable except for defects — but if something's wrong, talk to us and we'll make it right.
• Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Your license to the artwork

All maps, blueprints, certificates, and site imagery are original works owned by LunarLots.com. A digital purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to print and display your files for personal use. It does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial reproduction of the artwork. Watermarked previews on this site may not be copied or reused.

6. Custom orders

Custom etch work is quoted by email. We'll send a proof before anything is etched; once you approve a proof, production begins and the order is final except for defects. We may decline custom content at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no scraping our artwork, probing our checkout, or misrepresenting a LunarLots keepsake as a legal instrument (see Section 1).

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which LunarLots.com operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
