LunarLots.com ("LunarLots," "we," "us") makes novelty lunar keepsakes — registered symbolic acres, maps, and custom etched aluminum. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or order from lunarlots.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to make and ship your order, we never see your card number, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered (region, parcel, format, finish, or custom etch text).
• Payment — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the order details above.
• Correspondence — emails you send us about orders, custom work, or support.

What we don't collect

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiles on this site, and we do not use marketing cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy for details.

How we use your information

• To produce, register, and deliver your order — including printing your recipient name on certificates and etching custom text you provide.
• To email you order confirmations, shipping notifications, and replies to your questions.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and we never sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services required to fulfill your order: Stripe (payment processing), our shipping carriers (name and address on the label), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Each receives only what it needs.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed for the parcel registry, warranty replacements, and tax requirements. If you'd like your information removed sooner, write to us and we'll delete everything we're not legally required to keep.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products make great gifts for kids, but the site and checkout are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a revised date.
